Appointments - 01522 876800
We run all our surgeries by an appointment only. Appointments can be booked up to six weeks in advance or on the day if you wish to be seen urgently.
We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice but if they are not available we may ask you to see another doctor.
Please telephone our appointments line on 01522 876800 and a member of the reception staff will discuss your requirements and endeavour to make an appointment with the most appropriate practitioner at a convenient time (wherever possible). Please consider using our text reminder service? simply email us on firstname.lastname@example.org, or tell us when you phone.
The Receptionist may ask you for an indication of the reason for the appointment request, this is to ensure that you are given an appointment with the most appropriate person, you do not have to give this information, it is purely to give you an appointment that will be of most benefit to you.
In many cases it’s worth considering an appointment with an Advanced Nurse Practitioner rather than a doctor.
Our Practice Nurses are qualified to treat a number of minor conditions. See the above tab for more information.
We are a Training practice so GP Registrars will be working with our team from time to time. Relevant information will be displayed on our waiting room screen as appropriate.
- Some appointments are pre-bookable up to six weeks in advance to help you plan your healthcare

The new service is part of an extended access service which has been commissioned by NHS Lincolnshire West Clinical Commissioning Group.
The appointments will also be available on bank holidays and across the Easter, Christmas and New Year periods
Extended hours appointments are for pre-bookable non-urgent appointments. Examples of these include chronic illness, asthma checks and medicines reviews,
The service is being delivered by a federation of GP practices in the area. If a patient wishes to attend an extended hours appointment, they may need to travel to another local GP practice or a central GP practice hub and may not necessarily see their own GP.
In our locality, appointments are available between 6.30pm and 8pm Monday to Friday, and on Saturday and Sunday mornings. There are also a number of additional appointments being made available during core hours (8.00am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday).
